The patterns and fixtures were designed by using AutoCAD, Solid works, Pro-E software. The dry weather is very fit for casting pouring in Xi’an area. The melting temperature and heat treatment temperature are controlled and recorded strictly. The surface roughness of sand aluminum casting achieve to 12.5 micro-meter. The dimension of sand aluminum casting achieve to CT 8-10.

The products are used for spare parts widely in industries of auto, ore, chemical, construction, metallurgy, boat, machinery, hydraulic pressure parts, hardware, blast shelter box, electromotor parts, electric tool, valve, flange , air conditioner joint, etc. The annual capacity of iron casting is about 3000 tons; aluminum casting is about 1000 tons.
